Dealing with anxiety means getting in touch with your emotions. Emotions are probably the most difficult thing in this world to define. Unless a certain person has been in the same situation and has experienced the rush of the same emotions, defining it can cause troubles. How would you define a mother’s joy upon seeing her baby for the first time? If one would describe it to another person who has not yet undergone such a situation, that person will find it difficult to feel the same joy that surges through the new mother. She will only be able to know how that feels the time she, herself, meets her baby for the first time. Emotions are vague things. Writer’s have found it easier to describe such trivial things in terms of metaphors, comparing them to the soft summer breeze or the ravaging storms. But in the end, no matter how much they try to explain, and describe emotions, they are left with nothing. There are simply some things that even words fail to explain.
